Extract the File Archive to the game directory, overwriting the existing SHOCK2.EXE.This works with the UK Retail Version 1.0 and the Multiplayer Patched Version 2.3 Extract the SSH2CRK.EXE from the File Archive to the game directory.Make a backup of the original SSHOCK2.EXE file for future patching!

The Class Fixed update is not working correctly on it's own. Extract the SSHOCK2.EXE executable from the File Archive to the game directory, overwriting the existing SSHOCK.EXE.It works with all languages and versions. With Nero make a ISO-CD (ISO-Level 2) and copy the files from your HD on the CD.Then patch the file " shock2.exe" in the directory "Shock" with System Shock 2 v1.0 Fixed EXE.The Fixed EXE removes the CD Protection from the game but the CD (or backup) is still needed! System Shock 2 Patch 1 Fixed EXE/Win2K Fix To safe some precious disk-space the CUTSCENES directory & SHOCK2.ICD file can be deleted. Execute SS2_PATCH.EXE, select the SS2 game directory and apply the patch.
